Scott Disick Warns Kris Humphries Over Wild party Held At The Kardashians New York Condo
Less than month before Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from Kris Humphries, the lanky NBA player threw a wild party in the couple's New York apartment while his wife was in L.A.
Several girls attended, and one of them, named Shell Maci according to her Twitter page, posted numerous photos to the social networking site as she and her friend snooped around the apartment.
The party at the presidential penthouse at the Gansevoort Hotel on Park Avenue, is said to have happened on September 22.
Anger: Kim was livid when Kris confessed that he was behind the party in tonight's episode
The events are set in motion when Kim, 31 , prepares to head to California with Kourtney to appear at the launch of their new Sears line
Kourtney, 32, wants two-year-old Mason with her, so Kris and Scott are going to be home alone.
26-year-old Kris immediately sets out his stall and says he wants to have people at the luxury apartment.
'Why do you care to have people over?' Kim says to Kris after he says he wants the party.
Tepid apology: Kris says he's sorry but still wants to hold his own about having guests over
Voice of reason: Scott comes out well in this episode as he tries to save Kris from himself
At the beginning of the episode Kim said she was doubtful that the time was right to start a family with Kris, and she seems more convinced after his puerile behaviour.
Kris and Scott waste little time hitting the bars after the girls have left.
But Scott urges against a party in their place before they head to the Gansevoort roof bar.
Scott wants no part of it but Kris tell him he's a whipped Kardsahian man like Bruce and that: 'It's better to die on your feet than live on your knees.'
'Hump thinks he's untouchable,' Scott tells the camera and he insists to Kris that he wants 'no part of it.'
A few friends: Kris admits that the party quickly spiraled out of control and that he didn't know everyone there
Hum-dum: But the NBA star seemed to be enjoying the youthful shindig
Still, his monologue runs: 'Kim and Kourtney think they're going to make the rules around here, and I want to show them that they don't'
In one particularly horrible moment, no doubt carefully selected, Kris offers one friend Mason's baby cup to drink alcohol from from, as women are scattered everywhere.
Scott arrives and is not impressed, he calls security after telling Kris he is only looking out for his best interests.
But Kris tells Scott he doesn't want to 'walk on eggshells like he does.'
Morning comes and Scott tells a hungover Kris, who is staring at detritus from the night before : 'Don't have a go at me because you had a bunch of girls over.'
Intentions: The keg of beer that arrived at the beginning of the night set out Kris's stall
Spark: Kim and Kris seemed to be getting on well aside from Kris's party shenanigans
Kris goes on: 'Why should we live in a home like this when we can't have a party?'
Scott then accurately predicts to camera: 'Wake up in Lake Minnetonka tomorrow on your own, 'cause that's how it's going to end.'
Back in the room and Kris says he's learned for next time and that he'll clear up the mess, and Scott said: 'As long as there are no used condoms lying around.'
The girls head back and the apartment is still in a state.
'Kris is going to go down,' says Scott.
Please leave: Jonathan throws Kim out of his home when she tries to apologise
Peacemaker: Kris does help Kim and Jonathan reconcile
'Why have you got four massive bottles of vodka?' asks eagle-eyed Kourtney.
'Oh my god,' shrieks Kim later, after someone sends her pictures from the party that have made onto social media.
'I'm going to f***ing kill someone!' Kim screams as Kourtney summons Scott.
Scott tries to cover for Kris, even attempting to take the blame himself.
'I can at least get through it, Hum-dum is new to the family,' he tells the camera.
Then Kris arrives back from a work-out and drops himself in it because he won't let Scott take the blame.
Family time: The show ends with a positive note as the family all sit down to Shabbat
Reconnection: It was important for Scott to reconnect with his religious background
In other news, Scott is rediscovering his Jewish roots, which causes friction with Christian Kourtney who thinks it's just a fad but embraces his Shabbat meal at the end of the show.
And Kim falls out with best friend Jonathan Cheban after momager Kris Jenner discovers he is peddling a tell-all book on her, only he isn't, it's a guide to becoming an It Girl.
What's more, it contains a sycophantic introduction about Kim.
But 'Hump' saves the day by delivering a letter to Cheban that had been written by Kim, and the pair make up at Scott's Shabbat feast.
The evidence: Pictures from @shellmerci show the girls partying in Kim's home, with Kris in the back of one shot
