But at least one person is impressed by the new magazine shoot - his girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian.
The reality TV star took to her blog today after seeing the father of her son Mason on the latest issue.
'He looks like James Dean and I'm loving it!', Kourtney wrote after tweeting a picture of the cover.
Kourtney Kardashian's beau Scott Disick hasn't always made the best decisions, and he'll be the first to admit it. The reality star graces the May cover of Men's Fitness and claims he's a changed man, thanks to his baby boy.
"I've definitely had a couple of low points in my life," the 'Keeping Up With the Kardashian' star said. "I'm sure people think it's the worst thing in the world to relive something like that over and over on TV, but I saw it as a blessing in disguise."
Portrayed as an almost-villain on the E! reality series, Disick was infamous for stirring up trouble on the small screen, including a violent outburst caught on camera in Las Vegas.
"I was making excuses for running around and drinking too much," Disick admitted, adding he opted out of rehab to rely on "a good support system of family and friends" to help him overcome his demons.
