Legal woes: Khloe Kardashian sued by transgender model who claims reality star 'beat her up'
Reality star Khloe Kardashian is being sued by a transgender model who says that she 'beat her up'.
Ronald Spears, who also goes by the name of 'Chantal Spears' told police officers at the time of the incident that Khloe 'pushed and hit me' according to website TMZ.
The alleged altercation took place in December 2009, outside of the Playhouse Nightclub in Hollywood.
At the time, Spears told TMZ that Khloe, now 27, became aggressive after Spears approached her basketballer husband Lamar Odom, who was 30 at the time, and said that he was 'too young to be married'.
The couple had married just weeks earlier on September 27.
'All I was telling Lamar Odom is maybe he is too young to get married, and all of a sudden I get this big push from this girl,' Spears told TMZ, at the time of the alleged incident.
Spears said that she tried to defend herself, but Khloe pushed him for the second time.
'It was her. I tried to get her and she pushed me again,' Spears said.
After the police attended the scene and spoke to Spears, Spears said that Khloe was going to be in 'trouble'.
No one was arrested at the time of the altercation.

'She is in trouble... because everybody saw her hit me first,' Spears said.
Spears, claims in the lawsuit that she obtained serious injuries after Khloe hit her 'in and about her body'.
The transgender model is seeking unspecified damages in the suit.
