Home Edition team to help the Walkers who were left devastated by the suicide of 11-year-old family member
They tirelessly promote their long line of business ventures and reality shows.
But on Extreme Makeover: Home Edition last night, Kim Kardashian and sisters Kourtney and Khloe used their star power for a very special cause.
The trio took part in an episode of the series, which aimed to help the Walker family and raise awareness to anti-bullying in schools.

The young boy passed away in the family home, that the entire family had still been living in.
Ever since his death, the Walker's have been advocates for anti-bullying.
On last night's episode, the Extreme Makeover team rebuilt the family's home, which had significant structural problems and was more than 100 years old.

While under construction, the team sent the entire Walker family to Hollywood, where they got to meet the Kardashian clan.
Kim, 31, older sister Kourtney, 32, and younger sister Khloe, 27, took Sirdeaner's 17-year-old daughter Dominic shopping at Sears, where they sell their Kardashian Collection line of clothing.

Surprise! Picking out clothes with designer Michael Maloney from the show, Dominic was taken to the changing room area and was given a huge surprise when the famous trio emerged
'OMG! I am such a huge fan,' she exclaimed, as each Kardashian gave her a big bear hug.
Khloe told Dominic that she could relate in part to the Walker family's story, as she had endured bullying through most of her school life, constantly being compared to her sisters.

'For me I was bullied through my entire high school and elementary school... The things that they said really hurt,' she said.
Before the shopping expedition Kourtney told Dominic she was welcomed to absolutely anything in the girl's collection.

After Dominic modeled several outfits, with much encouragement from the Kardashian clan, she settled on a pencil skirt, blouse and leopard print blazer, among other various outfits.
'Surprising Dominic today was so much fun,' Kim said, as she recalled the events of the day.
Maloney told Dominic that the girls also had something bigger in stall for the Walkers, a huge anti-bullying rally to raise awareness to their cause.

'We believe in your mission,' Kourtney told the Walker family.
'We asked one of our dear friends for her help, Demi Lovato,' revealed Khloe, .
Emerging to join the sisters, Demi told the Walkers that their cause was one that was close to her heart, and said she appreciated their tireless campaign to raise awareness of anti-bully.
'I just want to say thank you for everything you are doing,' she said.

'As you guys know, I actually was bullied when I was about 12 years old,' she told them.
'And it affected me so badly, I ended up going to treatment later on in my life to deal with the issues that it’s caused.

Demi then gave a powerful rendition of her hit song Skyscraper.
Carl Walker Hoover, was just 11-year-old when he hanged himself after being continuously bullied at school where he endured daily taunts of being gay.
He was a junior at New Leadership Charter School in Springfield when he took his own life.

'The day I lost my son was the worst day of my life,' she said during last night's episode.
She said that the entire family had since been trapped in the home.
She said her daughter Dominic had refused to sleep in her bedroom, close to the site of Carl's death, so she gave her, her own room.

'She will not stay up here after that. No one will come up here.'
The rest of the Walker children had also been sleeping on cots in the living room.
The Walker family had also left the third floor in the exact same state as it was the day that Carl passed away.

Last night's show was also designed to raise awareness to bullying and by recruiting the likes of stars such as the Kardashians and Lovato, the Walkers, along with the Extreme Makeover team aimed to help Americans make a stand.

She had repeatedly asked Carl's school to address the bullying problem after being concerned about her son, before his 2009 death.
His suicide, which had been the fourth that year involving middle school students, highlighted the need for systematic and effective responses to the endemic problem of bullying and harassment at schools.

'I made a promise I would never fail Carl in life, and I will never fail him in death,' she said.
During last night's episode, The University of Massachusetts offered full scholarships to Carl's brother and sister, Charles, eight, and Gloria, seven.

Upon seeing their newly reconstructed house, with an exterior painted in an uplifting blue and white colour scheme, and the third floor replaced with a roof decorated with sunbeams, Sirdeaner and her family were moved to tears.
'In the old house we wanted to escape, but we felt trapped, but in the new house we feel peace, and we haven't had that in a very long time,' Sirdeaner said.
