According to TMZ, the 30-year-old singer doesn't mind that the world will continue to see the sex tape he stars in with Kim Kardashian that arguably made her famous.
The site has obtained a letter from Ray J's lawyer to Vivid Entertainment's co-chairman Steve Hirsch making it clear that he has partial copyright ownership of the video.

Meaning: the singer wants to get paid. The tape is said to be worth $30 million.
It has been said that Ray J has already financially benefited from prior sales of the tape, which has reportedly made millions, although his lawyer's letter says it's caused him nothing but pain.
'My client rarely has a conversation with industry professionals where the Tape has not been mentioned or questioned,' he wrote.
He added: 'No amount of money can relieve him from this nightmare.'
An undisclosed private party recently offered to buy all the rights to the 2007 amateur XXX video.
The buyer has indicated that he or she wants to take said video off the market.
While Ray J and Kim, 30, still have ongoing drama, it's actually the reality star's new husband that had a recent run-in with her ex.
Kris Humphries, 26, and Ray J were on the same flight from Los Angeles to New Orleans last Sunday.
Humphries eventual response: 'Oh yeah, yeah, I’m sorry I know who you are.'
