Bag Lady Kim Kardashian Reveals The Designer Wedding Gifts She Gave To Bridesmaids

Kim Kardashian thanked her bridesmaids by gifting them with personalised designer handbags.
The newlywed reality star, who married Kris Humphries earlier this month, got Hungarian-born Judith Leiber on board to make the customised accessories.
Kim is a long-time admirer of luxury bag designer Leiber.

She had silver-coloured clutches made for her bridesmaids, including matrons of honour Kourtney and Khloe, with their initials printed on.
Her mother Kris Jenner and her groom's mum Debra also got a larger bag each.

 

And Leiber designed Kim a handbag too - in the shape of her wedding cake, which the 30-year-old TV personality described as 'one of a kind'.

Writing on her website, Kim thanked the designer, saying: 'Thank you so much Judith Leiber! You are such an icon.'

Getting wistful, she continued: 'I remember when I was a little girl I would dress up in my mom’s clothes and my favorite thing to do was touch her Judith Leiber crystal bag!
'She said I was never allowed to pick it up!! Ha!
'I always wanted one when I was growing up, so to have one of these for my most special day is unreal!'
And looking to the future, Kim added: 'I can’t wait for the day my daughter looks at my Judith Leiber bags and I can share my memories with her.'
Meanwhile, Kim and Kris will be hosting a party for 500 people in NYC tonight as their wedding celebrations continue.
Kourtney and boyfriend Scott Disick, who are also in the Big Apple filming Kourtney & Kim Take New York, will be among the attendees, RadarOnline reports.
But not all family members are going.
Brother Rob is in Los Angeles in rehearsals for Dancing With The Stars while sister Khloe is also unable to attend.
