And while Khloe Kardashian is known for being fashion savvy, perhaps she should have re-thought pairing the two attention-grabbing styles.
The 26-year-old suffered from fashion overload as she stepped out in New York City today.

While her rust-red wedged boots made a cool style statement, they somewhat clashed with her intricately patterned long-sleeve minidress. 
To make things even more busy, she accessorised the look with a heavily studded black leather handbag.

The youngest Kardahsian sister wore her long brunette locks in a wavy style with a plaited headband around her head.
Khloe was joined by her older sister Kourtney, and the pair were enroute to film an episode of their reality show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
The 32-year-old mother-of-one had more success with her outfit, by pairing her equally bold shoes, with a more minimalist approach.
Slipping into a pair of extremely high leopard print platforms, she matched the daring booties with a simple navy dress and black stockings.
The girls outing comes after the two sisters unleashed on Dancing With The Stars contestant Elisabetta Canalis this week.

The pair were outraged that the Italian stunner was safe from elimination on Dancing with the Stars on Tuesday night, while their younger brother, Rob, found himself in the bottom three.
The sisters took to their Twitter pages directly after to express their anger - and George Clooney's ex was their target.
'There is NO way Rob Kardashian was trending worldwide last night and in the bottom 3. Impossible!" Kourtney tweeted.
And as expected, Khloe forgot her filter and specifically singled out the 33-year-old Italian TV host.
'HOW IS ELISABETTA SAFE?!??! HOW?! Seriously!!!' she wrote in agreement with her sister's tweet. 'So odd.'

Luckily for both Rob and Elisabetta, the 24-year-old Kardashian brother moved forward, while Artest was given the boot.

Agreed Khloe, 'Honestly, I didn't think any one of those people should have been in the bottom three. I just can't handle this stuff. I'm so stressed out!'
