The 30-year-old looked breathtaking in a beige form-fitting Victoria Beckham dress as she posed on the red carpet with husband Kris Humphries.
With her dark hair swept over her right shoulder, she truly oozed some good old classic glamour.
The TV personality exhibited perfect poise, ensuring she stood with her legs crossed while being photographed - which makes for a more flattering, slimming picture.
Sister Kourtney was also at the bash and opted for a sexy LBD for the occasion.
The party was held at the historic Capitale in New York's Lower East Side and was dubbed A Night of Style & Glamour to welcome the newlyweds to the Big Apple, where they are currently filming spin-off reality show Kourtney & Kim Take New York.
Around 500 guests were due to attend, and included Kim's close friend La La Vasquez.
The venue was originally the Bowery Savings Bank and built back in 1893.
Its interior features tall Corinthian columns and a stunningly decorated coved ceiling complete with glass skylight, making it one of New York's most exquisite ballrooms.
The Grand Ballroom itself can accommodate 700 guests for a seated dinner and more than double that for a strolling reception.
Later in the night Kim and Kris headed over to Souther Hospitality, where they caught a surprise performance by Justin Timberlake.

Kim Kardashian thanked her bridesmaids by gifting them with personalised designer handbags.
The newlywed reality star, who married Kris Humphries earlier this month, got Hungarian-born Judith Leiber on board to make the customised accessories.
Kim is a long-time admirer of luxury bag designer Leiber.
She had silver-coloured clutches made for her bridesmaids, including matrons of honour Kourtney and Khloe, with their initials printed on.
Her mother Kris Jenner and her groom's mum Debra also got a larger bag each.
Writing on her website, Kim thanked the designer, saying: 'Thank you so much Judith Leiber! You are such an icon.'
Getting wistful, she continued: 'I remember when I was a little girl I would dress up in my mom’s clothes and my favorite thing to do was touch her Judith Leiber crystal bag!
'She said I was never allowed to pick it up!! Ha!
'I always wanted one when I was growing up, so to have one of these for my most special day is unreal!'
And looking to the future, Kim added: 'I can’t wait for the day my daughter looks at my Judith Leiber bags and I can share my memories with her.'

But one respected figure has jumped on the bandwagon - world renowned photographer Annie Leibovitz has shot the sisters for an ad campaign to promote their clothing line for Sears.
Kim, Kourtney and Khloe posed for the famed artist scantily clad in lingerie in newly released shots.
Gazing seductively at the cameras, Kim, 30, shows off her famous assets in a black and white lace set.
The top secret photoshoot was completed back in May, and Kim gushed about working with Leibovitz on her blog at the time.
She wrote: 'What an amazing day! We shot with the living legend herself, Annie Leibovitz! I swear this was such an eye opening day. She shot our Kardashian Kollection for Sears ad campaign!
'I can’t give away any details, but we have never been shot like this before and it was soooo fun shooting with Kourtney and Khloe… Mason even made a cameo!'
The trio clearly made a lasting impression on the photographer, who is now throwing them a bash at her studio in New York next week to celebrate the Kardashian Kollection clothing line.

Less than two weeks after tying the knot in a lavish $10m ceremony in California, Kim Kardashian and new husband Kris Humphries have moved into their first marital home.
The couple, who both jetted into New York separately on Monday, are setting up camp in the presidential penthouse at the Gansevoort Hotel on Park Avenue.
