Beating Lindsay Lohan, Snooki and Octomom in new ranking
It will come as little surprise to anyone that Kim Kardashian has topped a ranking of the most overexposed celebrities.
Analysis that evaluated stars' exposure according to 46 different factors saw the reality star place highest, with an overexposure percentage of 65per cent.
By contrast the average celebrity has an overexposure percentage of five per cent, market research firm E-Poll found.
Officially overexposed: Kim Kardashian has topped a ranking of the celebrities most frequently in the public eye
Rounding out the top ten were Kim's sisters Kourtney and Khloe, Snooki's Jersey Shore co-star Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino, Kate Gosselin and Bristol Palin's babydaddy Levi Johnston.
Media fodder: Lindsay Lohan (pictured

Nadya 'Octomom' Suleman (right) came second, third and fourth in the
overexposure ranking respectively
Sibling rivalry: Kim Kardashian placed higher on
the list than older sister Kourtney (left) who is currently pregnant
with her second child, and younger sister Khloe (right) who came in
tenth place
'A decade ago being overexposed was the kiss of death. But today it's necessary to fuel reality TV,' he told Forbes.
'If you want to be a serious movie actress maybe you don't want high overexposed numbers, but if you're going to be a successful reality star, you need those numbers.'
High media exposure has certainly proved effective for Kim Kardashian. Last year fans' fascination with her engagement, marriage and relationship breakdown generated huge ratings for Keeping Up With The Kardashians and its spin-off, Kim & Kourtney Take New York.

Given the media activity focused on the Kardashian clan over the past year, it comes as some surprise that Paris Hilton and Octomom ranked higher than Kourtney and Khloe.
But Mr Philpot explained that some people have been so overexposed in the past, there remains a residual perception of overexposure.
Snooki's high presence on the list is likely thanks to her recently-announced pregnancy, while Lindsay Lohan's regular court appearnces have helped keep her in the public eye.
E-Poll evaluated over 6,600 celebrities in its research.
The percentages relating to each star's overexposure were calculated from a survey, then E-Scores, which measure 'marketing effectiveness', were taken into account too.
