Her struggle to fall pregnant has also been documented on her current E! reality TV show, Khloe and Lamar.
Rumour patrol: Khloe Kardashian's camp today denied claims she suffered a miscarriage in February
But a spokesperson for the star today vehemently denied the claim, telling Mail Online: 'Absolutely, 100 per cent not true.'
The star revealed earlier this year that she is relieved she didn’t fall pregnant before moving to Dallas, Texas, with her 32-year-old husband for his basketball career.
Broody: Khloe and husband Lamar Odom's hopes for a baby have been well-documented on their reality show
'But looking back, I think everything happens for a reason.'
Khloe added: 'I think, "Gosh, what if I did get pregnant last season or a few months ago? Or what if I had a newborn baby and all this trade stuff happened?"
'I don't think I could have dealt with everything at one time. Doing this trade and my husband's emotions and going through all that is so stressful.'
Natural: Earlier this year Khloe scotched claims she is turning to fertility treatments to help her get pregnant
The happy couple, who married in 2009, still hope to have a baby – but earlier this year Khloe scotched claims she was looking into fertility treatment.
The reality star took to Twitter in January to announce that she is hoping to pregnant naturally.
She posted: 'Because there seems to be much speculation, here is my statement... I am not at this time in my life considering any type of fertility treatments. If and when I do, I will shout it from the rooftops but for now its in Gods hands.'
Uprooting: The happy couple are moving back to
Los Angeles due to Lamar's exit from the Dallas Mavericks, which was
announced on Monday
