Kourtney Kardashian and her beau Scott Disick go out to Macelleria in New York City to film more of "Kourtney and Kim Take New York" season 2. Kourtney is currently promoting her new book with her sisters, "Dollhouse," a novel co-written by all three Kardashian sisters.
