Kardashian Accused of stealing Jewellery Design Ideas For Her Own Collection

Two months after a designer accused the Kardashian sisters of copying her handbag designs, another has come forward claiming Kim has ripped-off his jewellery.
Last month saw the 30-year-old reality star launch her Belle Noel collection.
But Alexis Bittar, a renowned jewellery designer, claims Kim's items look very similar to his.

Claims: Designer Alexis Bittar says Kim has copied his designs

He has now instructed his staff to wipe the TV personality off her company's lend-to list for red carpet appearances.
Bittar spoke to the New York Post, claiming the Belle Noel designs, which are sold in the Kardashian-owned Dash stores, are a rip-off.
He said of the Kardashians: 'They are not designers and they are just stealing.
'I passed the Dash pop up store on Broadway, and I saw that Kim’s pieces were very similar to mine, and she definitely has been taking note (of my designs).'
A rep for Belle Noel dismissed the claims when contact by the New York Post.
But Bittar remains resolved, adding: 'The tricky thing is that we have sent pieces to Kim in the past to wear, so now I have told my staff we cannot send anything to her.'
Back in August, handbag designer Monica Botkier filed a cease and desist letter against retail giant Sears which stocked items from the Kardashian Kollection.

She claimed the famous sisters had copied her own designs. At the time, Sears pulled the bags from its website.
Botkier took to her website's blog to grouse: 'We just discovered how our Botkier ‘Clyde’ was simply copied by Kardashian Kollection for Sears.
'They say imitation is the highest form of flattery but we don’t think so.'

Despite the accusations, Kim looked in good spirits today as she went to the Spin table tennis bar in New York with husband Kris Humphries today.
However, she looked slightly inappropriately dressed for a game of ping pong in a low cut leopard print dress and towering nude heels.
The Louboutin heels will have proven quite tricky for the reality show star to move around the table in.

However, the star seemed to think the low cut and revealing number was the perfect ensemble for a game of ping pong.
She tweeted: 'Ping pong time! I have on the perfect outfit for it! LOL'
Her basketball player husband looked a little better suited for the task in hand however.

He stepped out in a grey button up cardigan, jeans and a pair of white trainers, which provided a stark contrast to his glammed up wife.
Kim is currently in New York filming the second series of her spin off reality show Kourtney & Kim Take New York.
The show also features her older sister Kourtney, who is also in town with boyfriend Scott Disick and their young son Mason.
