But since the couple's engagement on May 18, the reality star, 30, has been on a mission to get herself in perfect shape for her big day.
With the final wedding preparations being finalised, Kim's personal trainer Gunnar Peterson revealed to Shape Magazine, exactly what the bride-to-be has been doing to tone up for the event.

Working out: Kim has been at the gym five times a week in the run up to her wedding
Examples of the strength exercises include push ups for arm and chest toning, medicine ball rotations to work the abs, rear lunges to work the bottom and thighs and a sled push for an all over body strengthening.
Last night, Kim displayed the results of all her hard work in an animal print jump suit as she walked the red carpet at the launch of The Kardashian Kollection, the sisters new clothing range for Sears.
Earlier in the day the girls were pictured outside the Vera Wang store in Los Angeles with the famed designer, to have their final fittings for Kim's wedding gown and her sisters' bridesmaid dresses.
Kim is believed to be wearing two creations by the designer, a family friend who also designed Khloe's wedding dress, on her big day at a cost of $30,000.
The bride is understood to have snubbed tradition by asking guests to wear white - and black - for the event, sparking rumours she may appear in a coloured dress.
