The Kardashian queen bee, Kris Jenner, gave a welcome speech: "Welcome to Kimberly Kardashian -- almost Humphries' -- fabulous...I almost said baby shower! Wishful thinking" she quipped.Kris was on hand for the daytime party and Kim sat on his lap opening gifts. After Kim opened a box with a set of furry handcuffs, Kris said giddily: "What is this?
