Khloe Kardashian Bonds With Husband Lamar Odom's Children

As the temperature in Southern California soared, Khloe Kardashian found a way to beat the heat - with a trip to the ice cream parlour.
The reality TV star was spotted treating her husband Lamar Odom's two children, Destiny, 12, and Lamar Junior, eight, to frozen treats yesterday in Malibu.
Wearing a little black dress, bedazzled flip-fops and a multi-coloured wrap, Khloe looked every bit the hands-on step-mother as she sat at a table and chatted with the children.

The children have been spending time with Khloe and Lamar over the past several days and were seen arriving with the couple at Los Angeles International Airport last weekend after travelling from New York.
Later today, they were back there again as Khloe waved goodbye to them at LAX.
In May, Lamar's ex-girlfriend Liza Morales complained that he did not see his children enough.

'Financially, Lamar has always been very giving,' Liza told OK! Magazine.
'But as a father, he has been very inconsistent,' she complained.

Liz, who is the mother of Destiny and Lamar Junior, has frequently complained to the media about her strained relationship with Lamar.

But it now appears that the NBA star is making an effort to be more hands on and he has been very vocal about his desire to have more children.

While Khloe and Lamar don't yet have a child together, Lamar has said they are looking forward to starting a family.

'Khloe Kardashian is going to be a wonderful mother,' he recently told People magazine.

'It's her natural instinct,' he added. 'She used to take care of her two younger sisters.
'She's gonna be great. I can't wait until the day when we can share that moment when she gives birth to our child.'
