Kim Kardashian: Keeping Busy in Beverly Hills 1/6

Gearing up for the day ahead, Kim Kardashian was spotted leaving her Beverly Hills home this morning (January 6).
The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” hottie looked a bit worn out and under the weather as she hopped into her car and headed off.
Perhaps she had a little too much fun last night- Kim was quite the social butterfly at the 2010 People’s Choice Awards, held at the Nokia Theatre LA Live.
Kim, along with her sisters Khloe and Kourtney, was in the house to promote “Kourtney and Kim Take New York,” as well as “Khloe & Lamar,” two upcoming reality shows.
